• Established UK-based Content Producer for 30 years (TV/Radio/Short Film/Features/On-Line): BBC (1984-1994); independents Prospect Media Group (1994-2000) & Vision Thing (1994-2014)
• Worked at a senior level across all media platforms, with extensive award-winning Broadcast TV & Radio output for most UK networks; produced numerous Short Films & Features - including:

CI & Digital Skills & Training - Consultancy /Advisory roles include:
• Creative Industries Advisor for Cardiff City/County Council and Senior Manager of the recently-formed Cardiff Film Unit, which coordinates all location filming in the city (2010-present)
• Project Manager of the ECCE-Innovation project - 3-yr EU economic business cluster program for the creative industries and digital media sectors for Cardiff (with 7 EU partner cities) 2010-13.
• Member of the Creative Skillset Wales National Management Board
• TAC Education, Skills & Training Partnerships representative on the TAC Council (the executive board of the Welsh Media Producers Alliance)
• Chair of the Film & Media Sub-Group for the Media Academy for Wales - and member of the MAW Management Board.
• Member of BAFTA Cymru Management Committee (Strategy & Policy)
• Creative Skillset UK Evaluator & Assessor - UK Short Course assessor for HE and CPD delivery across a range of CI and Digital Media courses.
