Christina Pelekani

Christina realized at an early age that she is a cinema aficionado and her dream was to work in the film industry. Since 2016, she is working as a Group Brand Director for the number one Greek film distributor, FEELGOOD Entertainment S.A. She is responsible for the Disney Studio releases (Disney, Pixar, Lucas, Marvel), independent movie releases, as well as local productions. She is also member of the company’s acquisitions team. Before entering the Feelgood team, she has formerly worked as a Marketing Manager, Acquisitions\' consultant & Buyer for Village Roadshow Greece (Warner Bros. Pictures former distributor in Greece). During her “Village” years, besides the successful launch of several Warner Bros and independent titles, she was also responsible of the marketing and communication of the title Worlds Apart (2015), the biggest box-office hit in Greece of the last decade; a Greek movie starring the academy award winner J.K. Simmons. She is the Founder & Creative Director of START WHERE YOU ARE (SWUR) a marketing agency, specialized in films’ promotion. Christina has an MA in Arts Management from the City University of London and a BA in Marketing. She is also a graduate of EAVE Producers Workshop (2014) and Power to The Pixel Cross-media Workshop (2015). Since 2015, she participates at various European film development workshops, as a marketing tutor.
