Born in 1984, graduated at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Department of Cultural Studies in 2007. She also completed several classes at the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (film history, film production).
In 2001, she took part in various literature competitions and she published in literary magazines. She also published two collections of poetry and was included in a regional anthology. In 2013 and 2014, two of her screenplays were supported by the Slovak Audiovisual Fund and the Slovak Literary Fund.
She has been active in the film industry since 2004, starting off as a film critic. After a short period of time working as a production assistant in commercials, she started to work for one of the largest film productions in Slovakia at the time – ALEF Film&Media; Group, co-operating on various films such as MUSIC (2007) by Juraj Nvota, SMALL CELEBRATIONS (2008) by Zden?k Tyc. She also consulted and scouted new projects. In 2007, she co-ordinated the press department of the Bratislava IFF.
During 2009 – 2015, she has been working for the Slovak Film Institute as a film promoter at the foreign department, focusing on promotion of feature films, organizing the presentation of Slovak cinema at the EFM in Berlin, Marché du Film in Cannes and many other film industry events in Europe.
She is currently a project manager for the MIDPOINT workshops based in Prague and she works as an associate producer and consults international strategies via her company kaleidoscope. Her recent production, 5 OCTOBER (2016) by Martin Kollar had its world premiere within the Rotterdam IFF. She also is working on THE DISCIPLE, feature film by Ivan Ostrochovsky in development, which is co-wrote by Rebecca Lenkiewicz (IDA) or LITTLE MOSCOW, documentary feature by Grimur Hakonarson (RAMS).
