Professor ) - Co-Founder and Co-owner of CMB (Leading Company in Kosovo on TV Productions, Advertising, Media Buying). Founded on 1996 - Founder, Owner and CEO of ISSTRA Creative Factory – film production company. Founded on 2006 - Member of the Board of PrifilmFest (International Film Festival) - Creator and producer of the most popular sitcom called “Our Cafe”. Started on 2004. Still Broadcasted on RTK – National Television of Kosovo. More than 300 episodes until now.
