Lali Kiknavelidze

Lali Kiknavelidze is producer/writer/director from Georgia. In 2008 she founded a film production company CPU Lira Production, specializing in Feature films (documentaries, fiction, animation,). She is co-scriptwriter and producer of GNFC competition winner animation project Vacuum. Film has been officially selected for number of international film festivals. She also had written/directed several short films. She focuses on high quality projects with a social cultural orientation that capture the essence of Georgian existence, yet still can break through to the international film market. In 2011 she participated in EURASIADOC Documentary Scriptwriting Residency. In April 2012 she was participant of EAVE Film Finance Forum (Luxemburg). Her feature fiction project Sunbeam has been selected for DAB Script Development Workshop, provided by the organizers of MAIA. She is selected participant of Docstories Black Sea Program.
