Details of fees and scholarships

Participation fee:

• The participation fee is EUR 1.800,-
• For graduates of other EAVE programmes: EUR 1.500,-

Amounts include accommodation in the workshop hotel & full board subsistence for the duration of the workshop as well as administrative and management costs. Amounts do not include travel costs. Travel arrangements have to be made and paid for by the participant.

Scholarships:

A limited number of scholarships are available (in priority for participants from the “new” EU member states and countries without existing support mechanisms). The scholarships cover the participation fee (incl. accommodation, administrative and management costs), but they do not cover travel costs.

Special Scholarship for Brazilian participants:

EAVE will offer a special scholarship for a Brazilian participant covering the accommodation and subsistence fee.

EAVE encourages participants to first apply for financial support / scholarship to their regional/national authorities!
